VietTESOL would like to introduce the Professional Development workshop series within the framework of the OPEN OUTREACH project. OPEN OUTREACH project is conducted by the OPEN SUPPORT GROUP affiliated with VietTESOL, and sponsored by RELO Vietnam.
The program is organized in 4 provinces: Hai Duong - Bac Giang - Quang Tri - Hoa Binh with trainers who are teachers having received scholarships from OPEN program and graduated with excellent results.
The detailed training schedule is as follows:
- Hai Duong: March 11, 2023 - 2 workshops: Teaching Grammar Communicatively & Using Educational Technology
- Bac Giang: March 25, 2023 - 2 workshops: Teaching Grammar Communicatively & Using Educational Technology
- Quang Tri: April 8, 2023 - 2 workshops: Teaching Grammar Communicatively & Fostering Student Motivation
- Hoa Binh: April 22, 2023 - 2 workshops: Teaching Grammar Communicatively & Fostering Student Motivation
The implementation of the OPEN OUTREACH project is based on available resources to help develop K12 teachers in Vietnam. Besides, OPEN Support team wants to implement the project to help the Departments of Education and Training to coordinate more easily and synchronously with VietTESOL and RELO; helping VietTESOL improve its image, reputation and expand its member network; help RELO reach more teachers in the situation of lack of human resources to implement.
